RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
What is the Return Policy?
We want to make sure each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you’re looking to return your Pedal Commander Unit, we offer returns within 28 days of you receiving your order.
We offer a refund to you if you have told you within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us.
We refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.
You can return your PC Unit for a refund to the original payment method. There is a $9 Processing Fee that will be deducted from your original purchase price, allowing us to inspect the PC Unit for resale and replenish what was used in the kit.
- When returning the Pedal Commander, the shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides a tracking number to ensure that your return makes it back to us. (We can provide a return shipping label, however, $10.99 will also be deducted from your original purchase price.)
- You may qualify for a partial refund if the returned product is damaged. We will assess the conditions once we receive the product back and notify you if the return does not qualify for a full refund.
- If the Pedal Commander is not returned in its original condition, then an additional Restocking Fee will be deducted from your original purchase price.

What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Units are in their original condition with no damage to the cables or the unit itself.
- In the original Pedal Commander packaging with the serial numbers uncovered.
You must show the receipt of the item to be able to return it. You always keep your receipt and take it with you.
What items are non-refundable?
- Air Fresheners
- Brackets
- Decals
- Donations
- Face Mask
- Hats/Bennies
- Jackets/Hoodies
- Lanyards
- Shipping Insurance
- Stickers
Also, we do not have to refund you if you;
- knew an item was faulty when you bought it
- damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though you may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund)
- no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless you bought it without seeing it

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
What is the Exchange Policy?
If you are looking to exchange your Pedal Commander Unit for whatever reason, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order that was purchased directly from an authorized reseller or the Pedal Commander website. You can return your product for an exchange with a different Pedal Commander Unit at no charge, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If Pedal Commander can prove that items were not faulty when you bought it, Pedal Commander don’t have to repair or replace an item.
We can ask you to prove an item was faulty when you bought it if you ask for a repair or replacement after 30 days.
Please contact support@pedalcommander.co.uk to receive exchange instructions. Once the exchange request has been submitted and approved, you will receive an email with additional instructions.
How do I ship the items back?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I receive my refund?
A refund will be processed to the original payment method. If you paid using your PayPal balance, you will be refunded back to your PayPal balance.
Once you have submitted your return request, you will be informed if the request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the return request will be processed within 5-7 business days after the submitted form.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our receiving department, you will receive a notification via email stating that your refund has been issued. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of checkout.
Will the original shipping be refunded?
Due to the shipping label being purchased from the shipping facilities and the package being delivered to the customer, the original shipping will not be refunded.
